1. Service Authorization & Estimates

By scheduling an appointment with Absolute Chimney Pros, the property owner authorizes our certified technicians to inspect and evaluate the designated chimney and venting systems. Written estimates are provided prior to initiating any structural repair, relining, or masonry construction.

2. Property Access & Safety

The client agrees to provide safe, unobstructed access to the hearth, firebox, attic, and rooftop as required for technical inspections. Our technicians adhere to strict safety protocols and reserve the right to suspend exterior roof access during hazardous weather conditions (e.g. active ice, high winds, or severe rain).

3. Professional Workmanship Standard

All chimney sweeps, camera diagnostics, and structural installations are performed in strict accordance with the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA) standards and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 211) building codes.
